Why does chilblain itch when it is hot?
Frostbite itches when exposed to heat: This is because low temperature makes the blood vessels of the skin contract, causing cell metabolism disorder. Once in a warm environment, the arteries are heated and expanded, and the blood cannot flow back in time, resulting in local circulation congestion. At the same time, congestion will be accompanied by an increase in vascular permeability, causing skin tissue redness and edema, and tissue edema will stimulate nerve endings to produce itching and pain. So chilblain is more likely to itch and hurt in a warm environment.
One: protect the exposed parts of the skin in severe winter. A small amount of chilblain cream such as vaseline or Muyikang can be applied to the face, which can reduce the heat dissipation of the skin and also has the function of heat preservation and moisture retention.
Two: after freezing, it is not advisable to use heating measures such as roasting with fire and scalding with hot water, and do not use cold water bath, rubbing with snow, patting and other methods to prevent ulceration and sores.
Three: You can eat some cold and warm food, such as mutton, beef, chicken, pepper, pepper, ginger, garlic and so on.
