Which city is drier than Tianjin or Kunming?

I come from Beijing. I have been traveling in Kunming for half a month.

I feel that the weather in Kunming is much more suitable than that in Beijing, at least the four seasons are not clear, and it is around 20 degrees all year round.

My friend said that it's snowing in the northwest mountainous area of Beijing, and Kunming can still walk around the street in half-sleeved shorts at noon.

As for Tianjin, it is only 1 hour drive from Beijing, so the climate should be similar.

The climate in Tianjin is definitely much drier than that in Kunming. And the wind is as strong as Beijing.

But in winter, when there is heating, the indoor temperature is around 20 degrees, so you can't feel cold.
