Kaili is a city in Guizhou Province.

Kaili, nicknamed "Kai" or "Miaoling Pearl", located in the east of Guizhou, China, is a regional central city in the east of Guizhou Province, China, the five major urban centers in the central Guizhou Economic Zone, and the capital of Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture; It is one of the major central cities in Guizhou Province, China.
