Can I go to Blackwater in winter?

If you drive: Chengdu-Expressway-Wenchuan-Maoxian, Heishui. This line is not high above sea level. Heishui county is 2350 meters above sea level. In addition to the extreme weather in winter, cars can still get to Blackwater.

Note: On February 3rd/7th, 20 17, I was on go road trip from Hongyuan to Heishui, and there was ice and snow on the section passing through Jacques Xia Snow Mountain (above 3600 meters above sea level), so I need to drive carefully, control the speed and don't brake suddenly.
