If you don't want turtles to sleep and hibernate in winter, raise the ambient temperature. Generally speaking, when the temperature is below 5 degrees Celsius, turtles will start to hibernate. In winter, as long as the temperature of the turtle's growing environment is above 10 degrees Celsius, you can see the turtle moving again.

Tortoise hibernation has advantages and disadvantages. The domestic turtle is small and not strong enough, and its body does not reserve enough nutrition and energy in front of the East.
