The visa processing fee upon arrival is 55 euros.

Personal passport holders who have legal residence in EU countries, the United States, Canada, Australia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and other countries or have valid visas in these countries can also apply for visas to arrive at Montenegro ports.

Montenegro is committed to joining the EU, and its customs regulations are gradually in line with EU standards. Expensive professional and technical equipment must be declared when entering the country. You can carry up to 2,000 euros in cash each time you enter or leave the country, and your luggage can carry 1 liter of wine or 1 liter of spirits, no more than 50 grams or 250 ml of perfume, and no more than 250 grams of tobacco products (200 cigarettes or 50 cigars). Holding a private ordinary passport to Montenegro can also obtain a visa when arriving at the port visa office in Montenegro.

Montenegro has not yet opened an embassy in China. For personal reasons, holders of ordinary passports can apply for a Montenegro visa to embassies and consulates in China, Serbia (the former China Embassy and Consulate in Serbia and Montenegro). Holders of valid diplomatic, official and business passports or private passports with Montenegro visas can enter the country.
