Why do the news always report about extreme weather in foreign countries?

This is a common phenomenon. Our country reports good news but not bad news, and always reports poorly on other countries. For example, earthquakes in Japan, war explosions and floods in the West show how beautiful our country is.

Countless people died in corruption, disasters, and mining accidents in our country, and no one broke the news. The country allowed it, and over time, the people in the country accepted it.
