"Dusurui" will mainly affect the four provinces of Fujian, Guangdong, Zhejiang and Jiangxi.

1. Fujian

As the typhoon moves from the southern coast of Fujian to the north and penetrates into inland counties and cities, the scope of the spiral rainband will further expand, and obvious signs will appear in various places in Fujian. It rained very quickly and violently.

In addition, affected by the typhoon, on July 28, the maximum wind force in the coastal areas of central and southern Fujian and the fishing grounds in central Fujian could reach magnitude 12 to 14, with gusts of magnitude 15 to 16. The maximum wind force in the southern Fujian fishing ground and Taiwan shoal fishing ground can reach level 9 to 10, with gusts of level 11 to 12.

2. Guangdong

From July 27th to 29th, affected by "Dusuri", there were heavy to heavy rainstorms in Meizhou, Shantou, and Chaozhou, and locally extremely heavy rains in Huizhou, Shanwei, and Jieyang. There were heavy rains in some places in Heyuan and Heyuan; moderate to heavy rains in some places in western cities and counties, and the high temperature gradually eased.

3. Zhejiang

Affected by "Dusuri", on July 28, there were heavy to heavy rains, some heavy rains, in the east and south of Wenzhou, Taizhou, Lishui, and south of Ningbo in Zhejiang Province. Local heavy rainstorms; on the 29th, there were moderate to heavy rains, some heavy rains, and local heavy rains in western Zhejiang and coastal areas.

4. Jiangxi

Affected by Typhoon "Dusuri", the entire province of Jiangxi experienced significant precipitation and strong winds. Among them, there were heavy rains or heavy rains in some areas of Jiangxi from July 28th to 29th; starting from the evening of the 27th, the wind force increased to level 4 to 5, with gusts of around level 8. The accumulated rainfall during the process is 60 to 130 mm in the central and eastern parts of Jiangxi Province. Due to the terrain amplification, the rainfall in some hilly and mountainous areas may reach about 300 mm; in the west, it is 30 to 70 mm, and in some areas it can reach more than 100 mm.
