Simian Mountain Travel Guide

Jiangjin has been a "golden waterway" since ancient times. Four major traffic arteries, Chengdu-Chongqing, Sichuan-Guizhou Railway and Highway, meet in the territory, and the traffic is connected into a network, extending in all directions. Jiangjin borders Chongqing in the east, Guizhou in Nantong, Chengdu in the west and Nanchong in the north. Chongqing is 45 kilometers to Jiangjin, Chengdu is 343 kilometers to Jiangjin, and Jiangjin is 79 kilometers to Simian Mountain Scenic Area. Tourists in the southeast and northwest can choose trains, cars and ships to go to Simian Mountain in Jiangjin.

Train: You can come to Tianjin from Chengdu and Chongqing. Jiangjin Station is located in Degan Sub-district Office, separated from Jiangjin City by a river. You can take a bus across the Yangtze River Bridge into Jiangjin City, and then turn to Simian Mountain.

Self-provided car: If you have a self-provided car, enter Jiangjin from Zouma section of Bishan County, Chengdu-Chongqing high-grade highway, pass Shuangxi, Wenjiadian, Shengquan and Dejenda Jiangjin, pass through Jiangjin downtown, go south along Jinbai Highway (S 107), pass Yangjiadian, Lishi Town and Caijia Town, turn right at Fu Jia Paper Mill, and reach Toudaohe, the base camp of Simian Mountain Scenic Area.

Ships: Ships from Chongqing to Yibin call at Tongtaimen Wharf in the north of Jiangjin several times a day. Note: Chongqing-Jiangjin bus only takes 45 minutes, so tourists should choose this route carefully.

Chongqing area

Travel route on the road:

1, Chongqing-Guizhou Expressway-Qijiangxia Road-Beidu Bridge-Qifu Road-Fuxing-Fusi Road-Simian Mountain (the whole journey takes about 3 hours).

2. Chongqing-turn to Yu He Expressway (Luzhou direction) via Outer Ring Road-Diaojia Alley-Lishi-Simian Mountain (the whole journey takes about 3 hours).

3. Chongqing-Chengdu-Chongqing Expressway-Zouma Road-Jinma Road-Jiangjin-Simianshan (the whole journey takes about 3.5 hours).

4. Chongqing Erlang-Huafu Road-Baffo-Jiujiang Avenue-Degan-Jinma Road-Jiangjin-Simianshan (the whole journey takes about 3.5 hours) Bus:

1. If you take a bus in Chongqing, you can get on at Chen Jiaping, Longtousi Bus Station or Caiyuanba Bus Station. From Chongqing to Jiangjin Passenger Transport Center, dozens of buses go directly to Jiangjin every day, and Jiangjin Passenger Transport Center turns to Simian Mountain Scenic Area, which takes about 2.5 hours. If you visit Zhongshan Ancient Town halfway, you can take a bus from Jiangjin to Berlin and Simian Mountain, and get off at Youdu River (namely Zhongshan Ancient Town New Street).

The passenger train line from Qijiang to Simianshan was opened in February 20th12. Chongqing passengers can transfer from Chongqing to Qijiang, and from Qijiang to Simian Mountain, which will save more fares and time.

Chengdu direction

Route 1: Chengdu-Chongqing Expressway-Next Step-Jiangjin-Lishi-Cai Jia-Fuxing Sancha Road-Simian Mountain.

Route 2: Chengdu-Chongqing Expressway-Yulu Expressway-Diaojia Alley-Lishi-Simian Mountain. (recommended route)

Route 3: Chengdu-Ya 'an-Leshan-Yibin-Luzhou-Chongqing-Luzhou Expressway-Diaojia Alley-Lishi-Simian Mountain, which is the most common road at present and the most familiar one for most self-driving tourists. (recommended route)

Guizhou direction

Travel route on the road:

Route 1: Blue Ocean Expressway-beside the Qijiang River-Simian Mountain. (Recommended route) Route 2: Blue Ocean Expressway-Chongqing Ring Expressway-Chengdu-Chongqing Expressway-Zouma Road-Jiangjin-Simian Mountain.

Route 3: Blue Ocean Expressway-Chongqing Ring Expressway-Yulu Expressway-Diaojia Alley-Lishi-Simian Mountain. (Recommended route) The expressway from Chongqing to Guizhou via Simian Mountain will start on 20 13, and the expressway intersection is at the foot of Simian Mountain.

The temperature is 22-25 degrees Celsius from July to September, and it is cool in summer, which is very suitable for leisure and summer activities.

You can travel all year round, and there is quite a lot of snow in winter. Because Simian Mountain Scenic Area covers an area of 300 square kilometers, the scenic area is too big. If you want to visit the whole scenic spot completely, it will take more than a week. Tips: There are many waterscapes in the scenic spot, and the temperature difference is large. Visitors who visit in summer can bring long-sleeved coats. Ticket price: 1 10 yuan/person.
