What is the reason why the projector lens is always foggy?

There are many reasons for the old fogging of projector lens, mainly in the following aspects:

1. High ambient humidity

If you use a projector in a place with high humidity, such as in summer, or near the radiator in the bathroom or toilet, the lens is prone to fog.

2. The lens temperature is low

When in use, the lens of the projector is different from the ambient temperature. If the temperature is too low, water vapor and fog will appear on the lens surface.

This lens has been used for too long.

When the projector is used for a long time, dust, oil and dirt are easy to accumulate on the lens surface, and water droplets will form at a certain temperature, which will make the lens foggy.

There is something wrong with the radiator in the machine.

If the radiator in the projector machine fails or the heat dissipation is not good, the temperature of the machine itself will be too high, so the temperature near the lens will be too high, leading to sublimation and fog.

This projector is not well maintained.

If improperly used, the optical surface of the projector is easily damaged, such as touching the mirror surface, and improper cleaning will lead to fog at the lens opening.

The above are the main reasons for fogging of projector lens. If this happens, the fault should be checked, cleaned and repaired in time to restore the lens to normal working condition and improve the use efficiency and service life.
