Several administrative licensing provisions in local regulations< /p>

The 10th People’s Congress of Hebei Province The 10th meeting of the Standing Committee of the General Assembly reviewed the Provincial People's Congress Chairman's Meeting's Proposal "On Submitting for Deliberation to Abolish Certain Administrative Licensing Provisions in Local Regulations Submitted for Deliberation and Adoption in the Name of the Director's Conference" and the Provincial People's Government's "On Submitting for Deliberation to Retain and Cancel Proposal on "Administrative Licensing Projects Set by Local Regulations and Implementation Subjects". According to the relevant provisions of the "Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China", the 10th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 10th Provincial People's Congress decided to abolish 82 administrative licenses in 34 local regulations including the "Hebei Provincial Measurement Supervision and Management Regulations" regulations and corresponding legal responsibilities.

This decision shall come into effect from the date of adoption.
