The planting time and method of Poria cocos, and which areas are suitable for planting?
Planting time: Generally, planting begins from May to June every year, and the specific time needs to be decided according to the local climate. Planting cannot be postponed until July-August, which will lead to low survival rate and great economic losses. Planting method: firstly, prepare Pinus tabulaeformis, treat it in sections, remove the bark and put it on the land, and cover it with forage; Choose sandy sloping land with good drainage for planting, dig deep into the soil, disinfect and sterilize, and thoroughly remove impurities and pests in the soil before planting.
First, the planting time and method of Poria cocos
1, planting time of Poria cocos
Poria cocos is usually planted from May to June every year, and the specific time needs to be decided according to the local climate conditions. But planting can't be postponed until July-August, because the hot weather in July is not conducive to the survival of Poria cocos. If planting at this time will lead to low survival rate and great economic losses.
2. Poria cocos planting method
(1) Prepare for culture
Planting Poria cocos is different from planting other medicinal materials, because it belongs to parasitic bacteria, so it needs to be prepared before planting. First, we should prepare Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica, because the most beneficial nutrient for the growth of Poria cocos is Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica, and then divide the Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica into sections, each section is about 1 meter long, remove the bark and put it on the ground, and cover it with grass.
(2) Planning soil preparation
Choose sandy sloping land with good drainage for planting. After site selection, deeply plough the soil, level the soil with fine harrow, and then pile the soil for disinfection and sterilization. Until about half a month before inoculation, deep ploughing is needed again, which can completely remove impurities and pests in the soil and ensure the growth of Poria cocos.
(3) Inoculation in time
Poria cocos is usually inoculated in spring and autumn. First, we should choose the appropriate strains, then open a pit along the slope on the whole ground, put wood blocks along the opened pit, and then disinfect the strains to avoid bacterial infection as much as possible. After disinfection, put Poria cocos evenly at both ends or joints of the wood, sprinkle a layer of termiticide, and finally cover it gently with soil.
(4) Daily management
White mycelium will grow about a week after inoculation with 1. It is necessary to check the bacteria production in the planting area in time, and replant the seeds in time if there is any leakage.
Check every 10 day to see if there are any dead or alien bacteria. If there is, unplug it in time, otherwise it will infect other healthy bacteria.
Pay attention to the moisture in the field. If there is too much water, it should be discharged in time. If a part of the wood is exposed to the ground, it should be ridged.
(5) Prevention of diseases
There are many pests and diseases in the whole process of poria cocos growth, mainly some fungal infections, such as Trichoderma and Penicillium. The general control method is to cover the wood with a layer of straw or film when cultivating the soil, which can effectively control it, or spray carbendazim.
2. Where is Poria cocos suitable for planting?
Poria cocos is suitable for planting in most parts of China, but not in the cold northern region. Such as Hebei, Henan, Anhui, Zhejiang, Hunan, Hubei, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan and other places can be planted. But at present, the main producing areas are distributed in Dabie Mountain, Hunan Province and Yunnan Province.
1, Dabie mountain producing area
Mainly concentrated in Yuexi County, Huoshan County, Jinzhai County, Anhui Province, and yingshan county and Luotian County, Hubei Province, in which Yuexi County is the distribution center of poria cocos production and processing.
2. Hunan producing areas
Mainly concentrated in Jingzhou County, Huaihua, Hunan Province, the local poria cocos production is small, mainly by buying fresh goods from other places for processing, and the local area is also the processing distribution center of poria cocos.
3. Yunnan producing areas
Mainly concentrated in Yongsheng County, Huaping County, Yongping and other places in Yunnan Province, local Poria cocos are mainly sold to Anhui, Hunan and other places in the form of fresh goods, and dry goods are less processed.
