What's the climate like in Los Angeles and San Francisco? Please give details.

Both have Mediterranean climate. In summer, the wind belt of the pressure belt moves northward, and under the control of the subtropical high, the airflow sinks and there is little rain. In winter, the wind belt of the pressure belt moves south, and is influenced by the prevailing westerly wind from the ocean, with abundant precipitation and mild and humid climate.

(1) the Mediterranean coast, including southern Europe, the northern coast of Africa and a few areas in western Asia.

(2) the California coast of North America.

(3) the west coast of southern Africa, that is, western South Africa and southern Namibia (called the Cape of Good Hope region or the Cape of Good Hope region).

(4) Central Chile in South America.

(5) the southwest and southeast coasts of Australia (although it is southeast, it belongs to the west coast, near Adelaide, not Sydney).

Los Angeles and San Francisco are located on the west coast of the continent between 30 and 40 degrees north latitude on the California coast of North America.
