Article 6 Motor vehicle loss insurance

(1) During the insurance period, if the insured or its authorized legal driver causes losses to the insured motor vehicle due to the following reasons during the use of the insured motor vehicle, the insurer shall be responsible for compensation according to the provisions of this insurance contract:

2. Fire and explosion;

4. Storms and tornadoes;

6. Ground subsidence, ice subsidence, cliff collapse, avalanche, debris flow and landslide;

7. The ferry carrying the insured motor vehicle suffers from natural disasters (only when the driver is on board).

(2) In the event of an insured accident, the necessary and reasonable rescue expenses paid by the insurer to prevent or reduce the loss of the insured motor vehicle shall be borne by the insurer, and the maximum amount shall not exceed the insured amount.
