The map of Tongliao is shaped like a hammer, hanging upside down in the west of Geely and Liaoning provinces. The climate of Tongliao city

The humidity in all parts of the city is generally between 0.3 and 0.7. The city is rich in light energy resources, with photosynthetic effective radiation of 2,506-2,728 MJ/m2, annual sunshine hours of 2,868-311hour, and sunshine hours of crop growing period (April-September) of1577-1hour.
