There are six channels in this competition.

1, one-time finals will be held for events with less than or equal to six ships (including six ships).

2. For ships less than or equal to 12 (including 12), two groups of preliminaries will be adopted, and the top three in each group will enter the final. (Others are ranked by grades.

3. Three groups of preliminaries will be taken for a canoe with a size less than or equal to 18 (including 18), and the top two in each group will enter the final A (others will be ranked according to their achievements).

4. Due to weather factors, such as heavy rain, thunder and lightning, strong wind or force majeure, the competition cannot be held or terminated as scheduled, and it will be ranked according to the preliminary results.

(4) Distribution of boat support in the competition:

The organizing Committee will number the ships, and then please pick up the corresponding numbered ships according to the instructions of the newspaper office.

(5) Before the competition, the teams of each event must be present 30 minutes before the start of the competition, and those who are late for 15 minutes will be treated as abstaining. If the team members are absent or not enough to participate in the competition, the referee will automatically abstain;

When the organizing committee announces the official start of the competition, all participating teams must obey the referee's instructions after entering the competition area to ensure that the competition is carried out on time and accurately.

When the teams are ready, the game will enter the countdown. Each team will obey the referee's command and the starter will shout "two minutes" (two minutes password! It means that each team has entered the state of waiting for departure, and the players must not have any behavior that interferes with the game, such as drinking water, talking, changing clothes, throwing water bottles, etc. Otherwise, the referee has the right to show a warning.

Competition password: The sailing password is "AttentionGo". When the starter is satisfied with the athlete's position and preparation, he will issue a "note". At this time, athletes can get ready, but they can't pull the oars, or they will be robbed of navigation. When the "start" command is given, the athlete can pull the oars.

Seize the ship: when each group sets out for the first time, it will recall the athletes who seize the ship and reorganize; When they set out for the second time, anyone who grabs the boat will not be recalled, and all those who grab the boat will directly cancel the ranking.

In the course of the game, if the referee thinks that a team has not played according to the regulations, which may affect the fairness and justice of the game results, the referee will raise a white flag and shout out the name of the team for warning. If the rowing boat disobeys the command, and it may affect the fairness and justice of the competition results, the referee has the right to terminate its qualification.

During the race, if the channel referee uses the red flag, it means that the race is over and all teams should stop rowing immediately.

During the competition, each team shall not stop halfway until the end of the competition. Unless the referee decides otherwise, all teams in each game cross the finish line.

Due to the limitation of the competition venue and the safety order at the scene, each team should follow the instructions of the referee and leave the competition area after sprinting to the finish line to ensure the smooth progress and safety of the competition.

(7) The organizer is responsible for preparing the competition equipment. In the course of the competition, in case of collision and broken oars, the person directly responsible shall compensate for the losses.
