What is the best climate state in the United States?

It depends on what kind of weather you like.

If you like cold things, it's San Francisco, and the hot spot is Los Angeles. In a word, as we all know, the climate in California is the best in the world. It won't be uncomfortably hot, it won't be particularly cold, it won't be as humid as the south of China, and it won't be as dry as the north.
