? It is said that Jiangsu education is the most advanced education in the country. As a front-line educator, I pay more attention to the front-line teachers. Our normal teaching. What I wanted to understand most was "Why is there such a big gap between our education and theirs?" With this question, I sat down in the office of the eighth grade Chinese language group of Port Middle School. After more than ten days of observation, communication and learning, I found the answer. That is, the difference is in "meticulousness" and the difference in "solidness".

The weekend homework given by teachers at Port Middle School to children is all in the form of test questions. Of course, the formula of the test questions must be closely related to the high school entrance examination questions. The training for students is particularly solid. The teacher's explanations in class were even more detailed and solid. For example, if the pronunciation of a word is easy to be mispronounced or written wrong, the teacher will refer to many words with homophones or synonyms and ask students to take notes. Instead of reciting ancient poems in the third grade of junior high school, it is better to share the tasks now and internalize the knowledge. Almost every student has a dictation book in his hand. The teacher dictates and corrects in class. Important knowledge points must be written down to strengthen training.

From the beginning, the composition paper in the examination room is used. Daily training also regulates students based on the requirements for high school entrance examination composition. Teachers prepare lessons collectively and have seemingly casual conversations. In fact, there are issues every time. On the occasion of the final exam, the team leader will discuss review strategies with everyone in detail. Reviews for the first and second grades of junior high school are all in the form of special topics, and one person is required to be responsible for one topic. Collate and summarize important knowledge points that students usually make mistakes, and distribute them to students. The teachers discussed the teaching methods of the newly compiled textbook for seventh grade, the second volume of the unified textbook.
