Why is Fuzhou very hot?

Fuzhou belongs to the maritime subtropical monsoon climate, with short winter and long summer, warm and humid, and a frost-free period of 326 days. Most importantly, Fuzhou was controlled by the subtropical high belt for 10 years. The subtropical high pressure zone flows downward, which is equivalent to a huge "stove" overhead in Fuzhou, constantly conveying hot air. Because the subtropical high over Fuzhou is too strong, typhoons have not visited Fuzhou in recent years. For Fuzhou, which relies on typhoons to cool off in summer, heat is a matter of course. The topography of Fuzhou is a closed basin, and the urban asphalt road absorbs a lot of heat. After the formation of urban heat island, it is not easy to spread, and the "cold wind" at sea is not easy to blow in, which intensifies the temperature rise. There is no radiator in the basin topography. Although the Minjiang River is near the sea, it is not a radiator.
