How to maintain the air compressor when the weather gets cold?

First, the corresponding compressor oil should be replaced according to the temperature change. Use 13# in winter (the new standard is 100# compressor oil), and it is recommended to use 40CD winter oil for air compressor diesel engines over 9/7. The temperature in some areas is low, so the oil with freezing point lower than the local temperature should be replaced.

Second, observe whether the oil thickens or freezes. Open the side cover before starting the machine and observe whether the oil thickens or freezes. If yes, first heat the oil (i.e. preheat it), then open the exhaust valve on the laser cutting air compressor, rotate the flywheel for 2-3 times, start the machine with no load, take the oil pressure gauge unit, carefully observe whether the pressure on the pressure gauge rises to the normal value (i.e. 0.3-0.4mpa), and listen for any abnormal sound or gas. After normal no-load operation 15 minutes, close the valve and check whether each control loop is normal, that is, whether the pressure regulating valve jumps as required and whether the primary and secondary pressures are normal. After normal, the air compressor enters the normal gas supply state. (Cause: it works as soon as it is started, and the lubrication is not good, which easily leads to cylinder pulling, which in turn leads to machine explosion)

Third, vent gas and sewage after shutdown. Because the unit is working in autumn and winter, the temperature is relatively high. After shutdown, due to the low outside temperature, air cooling will produce a large amount of condensed water, which exists in various control pipelines, intercoolers and airbags, which is easy to block the control pipelines and intercoolers and lead to airbag rupture.

4. Ventilator and air compressor driven by water and diesel oil in water tank should discharge water from diesel engine and water tank after shutdown, especially the drain valves under the water tank and at the inlet of diesel engine, under the cylinder of water-cooled air compressor and at the inlet and outlet of intercooler. Every winter, the user fails to drain water in time, which leads to the freezing crack of the cylinder. In the morning, the diesel engine is used to heat the water tank, so that the diesel engine can be easily started.

Five, electric laser cutting air compressor, because just started in winter, the oil viscosity of each lubricating part of the unit is relatively high, and the voltage of some mines is relatively low, which is easy to cause difficulties in starting. The general method is to set the unit for 2-3 turns, gently push the air compressor for 3-4 times, and remove the connecting steel bar between the air compressor and the airbag or exhaust valve. After the unit is started, run the idle machine for 10 minutes, stop the machine, and then install the unloading parts. In addition, after the electric air compressor is turned on every day and allowed to work normally, its working current can be measured with a multimeter. In general, the normal situation is within 5% of the rated current of the motor. If the current exceeds 10% of the normal current, it means that there is a problem with the unit or the voltage is low, and the unit should be stopped for inspection, otherwise it will easily burn out the motor.
