How did Kuomintang Dai Li die?

The plane crashed and died.

1946 March 17, when I flew from Qingdao to Nanjing by special plane, I had to fly to Shanghai because of the dark clouds and thunder and lightning over Nanjing. But at this time, the weather in Shanghai was not suitable for the plane to land, so we had to fly to Xuzhou and died in Daishan, the western suburb of Nanjing.

Thanks to Chiang Kai-shek's trust, Dai Li worked as a spy for a long time. He was in charge of the Military Bureau of the intelligence agency of the Republic of China, and served as the deputy director (but actual leader) and director of the Sino-US Institute of Special Technical Cooperation.

The military bureau led by him killed and persecuted many dissidents, members of China and democratic parties, Japanese and traitors, and even political opponents of Chiang Kai-shek in China Kuomintang.

Extended data

When Dai Li established the military system, he not only used China's traditional concept of loyalty and righteousness, but also introduced Sun Yat-sen's revolutionary thought. No matter how busy he is, Dai Li will be the head teacher in every training class, just like Chiang Kai-shek was the head teacher in Huangpu Military Academy. Dai Li often warned his men that the history of the military system was written with the blood, sweat and tears of his comrades.

The important thing is that you are willing to give your life for the cause when you are dying. Dai Li often compared the military system to a big family, using traditional ethics to repay kindness and unite agents. Dai Li paid the funeral expenses for the parents of the dead military spy, took care of their orphans and widows, and deliberately shaped the Military Bureau into a unit that stresses benevolence and righteousness.
