How to see the weather

Refers to the thematic map filled with meteorological elements in various places at the same time. On the bottom map of the weather map, the locations of cities and stations, as well as major geographical indications such as rivers, lakes and mountains are filled. According to the principle and method of weather analysis, meteorological scientists and technicians analyze it, thus revealing the distribution characteristics and relationship of main weather systems and weather phenomena. It is an important tool for meteorological departments to analyze and forecast the weather at present. Weather maps are divided into ground weather maps and high-altitude weather maps, such as 850 hectopascals, 700 hectopascals, 500 hectopascals, 300 hectopascals and 200 hectopascals. At the same time, the superior and subordinate cooperate to understand the three-dimensional spatial structure of the weather system, and they can choose different weather maps according to their needs. In China, weather maps of Eurasia are usually used, and sometimes weather maps of northern hemisphere or low latitude (30 N) are used.

Meteorological stations all over the country observe at a unified time, and fill in the collected meteorological data such as wind, cloud, pressure, temperature and humidity on a specially designed blank map with various weather symbols according to a certain format. This map is a weather map.
