Ali, Ali ... ―― My essay on aiding Tibet.

To paraphrase "Beijingers are in new york",

If you hate him, send him to Ali, because there is hell;

If you love him, send him to Ali, because this is heaven.

Ali, Ali ...

Body in hell, eyes and mind in heaven.

I don't know what kind of karma made me decide to help Tibet, away from my hometown relatives and my 9-year-old son, and come to Ali, Tibet, thousands of miles away.

Overcome the physical discomfort-headache, palpitation, asthma, hair loss, congestion of ears and nose, and decreased vision-caused by 4500m altitude, lack of oxygen and dry weather. ...

Overcoming the spiritual loneliness, I can't reach out and hug my lovely son. Since he was born, I have never been away so far, so long. ...

I can't forget it. I just arrived in Ali for a week, and one night when I was eating, I saw a program on the children's channel. I suddenly thought of my son. I couldn't help myself. Tears ran down my face. After returning to the dormitory, I am always immersed in sad emotions.

From 19 to 1 in the morning, my eyes were swollen and I couldn't see anyone ... It happened that the leaders of Ali Radio and Television Bureau and Ali Radio and Television Station visited the dormitory one after another that night, and my eyes were swollen and I kept crying. ...

Do I regret it? Not exactly.

Everything is my choice, and I don't want to say anything brave.

Since you have chosen, you have to pay.

Yes, at first I didn't have any idea about going to Ali to help Tibet, because the notice said "hostess, under 40" ...

Ali, it's a distant and vague place for me. Seeing the word "Ali", in addition to Kong Fansen, there is also 1997 Bai Lan, the former deputy director of the broadcasting department of Ali Satellite TV's "Aid Tibet". ...

Later, I learned that the age condition was relaxed, and suddenly I had an idea. I want to sign up!

The responsibility of being a party member? Is it a love for the broadcast host? Is it a yearning for the sacred plateau? Are you unwilling to challenge yourself? Or ... I don't know. In short, a wave of heroism and enthusiasm inspired me to sign up.

In fact, when I made the decision to aid Tibet, I also experienced a fierce ideological struggle. From April 18 to April 27, I left for Tibet. Ten days felt as long as one or two months, and only I knew what I had experienced.

After the initial passion of "I'm going to Tibet", all kinds of worries and anxieties kept me awake at night ... I was worried about the conclusion of "mild cardiac insufficiency" during physical examination. Although the doctor said that this problem is normal at this age and will not affect it, I inevitably have concerns. What should I do if my body doesn't adapt to my heart at such a high altitude?

It's always husband and wife who take care of the children. The old man is too old and in poor health. I went to Tibet. Can my husband take care of the children alone? Without my care, will children's life and study be affected? Plus, my son kept asking, "Mom, why did you leave me? Don't you love me? " This makes my heart ache. I wonder if I am too selfish. ...

In the days before I went to Tibet, I tossed and turned every night, thinking a lot, and sometimes even thought about giving up aiding Tibet. ...

At first, I was afraid to tell my mother about aiding Tibet. Unexpectedly, my 80-year-old mother was very supportive after hearing the news. She is an old party member who has worked hard all her life. She said that it is glorious to go to Tibet to support the work. Don't betray the trust of the organization and leaders, do it well!

There is providence in the darkness. In the end, I overcame many physical and psychological problems from my family and myself. As the fifth batch of short-term aid professionals in Hebei Province, I came to Tibet with 29 professionals from all over the province (2 for long-term aid, 4 for women, and 2 for the second short-term aid) and traveled around Wan Li, spanning thousands of rivers and mountains in Qian Shan.

The first stop came to Lhasa, with an altitude of 3,600 meters, which was lower than that of Ali. We are used to it from the plain to the plateau.

I didn't expect to run away as soon as I arrived in Lhasa. In addition to a slight headache, two other friends and I also had a low-grade fever (37 degrees), and some people had upset stomachs. Before I came here, I heard that a cold at high altitude can easily cause pulmonary edema, so the low fever is a bit scary. The organization invited a doctor and prescribed some cold medicines and antipyretics. We all took the medicine and fell asleep soon, afraid to walk around at will. Fortunately, my fever dropped the next day.

Rest in Lhasa for two days. On April 30th, the second stop arrived in Ali.

Ali region is located in the westernmost part of Xizang Autonomous Region and China, with an average elevation of more than 4,500 meters, and is known as the "roof of the world". The border line is116 kilometers long, and there are nearly 60 mountain passes leading to the outside world, which forms a natural barrier of the southwest frontier of the motherland and has a very important strategic position.

Here is the intersection of Himalayas, Gangdise Mountain and other mountains, with many snow-capped mountains; At the same time, it is also the birthplace of the Yarlung Zangbo River, Indus River and Ganges River. Lakes are scattered all over the place, and they are known as "the father of Qian Shan and the source of thousands of waters". Culture has a long history and is the birthplace of ancient Xiangxiong civilization and Guge civilization.

Ali area now governs seven counties: Pulan, Zada, Gaer, Ritu, Geji, Gaize and Cuoqin, with an area of 345,000 square kilometers and a total population of 1 1.4 million. There are 27 ethnic groups, including Tibetan, Han, Mongolian, Hui and Uygur, which are the least populated areas in the world.

Hebei province covers an area of 6.5438+0.888 million square kilometers with a total population of more than 74 million. The area of Ali is nearly twice that of Hebei Province, but its population only accounts for 0. 15% of the total population of Hebei Province. Through comparison, we can see that Ali is a veritable big country with a vast territory and a sparse population.

Together with three friends from Baoding, Qinhuangdao and Bazhou Radio and Television Station, I was assigned to Ali Radio and Television Station and Rural Film Management Center under the Ali Regional Radio and Television Bureau.

The Bureau of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television in Ali has four institutions: regional radio and television stations, regional FM radio and relay stations, rural film management centers and regional Xinhua Bookstore.

Ali Radio and TV Station was founded in 1983. At present, there is only one comprehensive channel, and the strategic goal is to "build a new news station, strengthen the station by special topics, build a system and promote the station by innovation". * * * has opened up Ali News (Sino-Tibetan), Dialogue Ali, Ali Lecture Hall, Bird's Eye View of Ali, Breeze Ali and Weather Forecast.

These columns are deeply loved by local cadres and masses of all ethnic groups, creating a good public opinion environment in the western border areas of Tibet and laying a solid foundation for Ali Radio and Television to become the mainstream media.

At present, Aritai has 34 staff members, plus 46 long-term aid workers, public welfare workers, volunteers and employees. The shortage of professional and technical personnel is the biggest "bottleneck" that hinders the healthy and rapid development of ruitai.

The Radio and Television Bureau of Ali Region and Ali Radio and Television Station are eager for talents, cherish talents and show great care for Tibetan aid workers. The dormitory arranged by the four of us is the latest building in Taiwan Province, and the furniture and TV are also newly bought. Bureau leaders and the director of the Taiwan Affairs Office often come to ask questions, send food such as fruit and milk, and solve any problems in time.

The weather in Ali area is cold and dry, with little precipitation, and there is basically no summer. Someone joked that Ali has only two seasons, one is winter and the other is about winter. The lowest temperature in winter is -4 1 degree, the temperature difference between day and night in summer is large, and the annual average temperature is 0 degree.

Ali in May, the sunshine is so abundant, the ultraviolet rays are so strong, but it is so cold. Wear down jacket, sweater, jacket, thick coat, etc. There is no heating in the room, but electric heaters, electric mattresses, thick quilts and blankets have come into battle.

The oxygen content here is less than half that of the mainland, and with high reflexes, migraine is always there. It feels like the Monkey King has been enchanted. His heartbeat is often above 100, his blood oxygen level is above 70 to 80, and his fingernails and lips are purple. Taking oxygen every morning, noon and evening has become more important than eating.

The price is expensive, and buying something to eat is several times more expensive than the mainland; When the weather is dry, it is also a daily homework to turn on the humidifier, mop the floor, splash water on the floor and apply a mask. Even with sunscreen, hat, glasses, masks and other heavy protection, the cheeks are still exposed to plateau red; Every night, I miss the person I love, but I bite my heart a little. ...

The plateau area is most afraid of catching a cold, because it can cause pulmonary edema and even endanger life. So catching a cold is by no means a minor illness, and people here say they dare not catch a cold. We were also warned not to take a bath or wash our hair for a month.

Yang Yang, a helper from Taiwan Province, Qinhuangdao, just arrived a few days ago. He caught a cold because he washed his hair. After a few days of fever and cough, it causes mild pulmonary edema. He was hospitalized in Ali People's Hospital for more than ten days, and was treated with infusion and hyperbaric oxygen chamber.

When I visited the hospital, he was in tears, and I couldn't help but wet my eyes. Yes, far from my hometown and relatives, I am most afraid of getting sick, especially on the plateau ... Fortunately, I got timely treatment and was discharged from the hospital.

During his hospitalization, the leaders and colleagues of Ali Radio and Television Bureau, Radio and Television Station were very concerned and often visited him. The staff in Taiwan Province were very nervous, but they overcame difficulties and arranged an escort. There are also friends from Hebei who have come to the hospital for short-term and long-term assistance, and feel the warmth of the big family, which often makes him burst into tears. ...

This incident also makes us more alert. Washing your hair and taking a bath in the plateau must not be taken lightly. There is no heating in the room, so you must go to a bath center with better conditions. Although it costs a lot, it can avoid catching a cold.

After a period of adaptation, especially my migraine finally disappeared, which is a great relief. Work and life are gradually on the right track.

I am in the broadcasting department, as an announcer and host; Baoding huber, in the news department, runs around the news scene with a camera every day; Yang Yang, Qinhuangdao TV Station, located in the special department, often contacts various units, writes special program manuscripts, and is responsible for live video recording of the program; Bazhou Liu Hongtao TV Station is located in the rural film management center under the bureau. Can be equipped with a "cauldron" for writing materials, lighting and tuning.

Most of Tibet's short-term friends who aid Tibet are concentrated in shiquanhe town, Gaer County, where the Ali prefectural committee and administrative office are located, and work in the regional people's hospital, safety supervision bureau, forestry bureau, transportation bureau, urban management bureau, food and drug administration and other units, and several friends who aid Tibet have gone to Nitu and Zada county hospitals.

Everyone pays and contributes conscientiously in their respective posts, and often works overtime. Some units often go to the countryside because of their work needs, and they need to drive through the rugged and dangerous Panshan Road.

In life, the company has a canteen, which provides three meals a day from Monday to Friday. The cost of breakfast, lunch and dinner is 3 10 and 6 yuan respectively, which is much more affordable than eating out. The chef is from Sichuan, and the food is spicy, which makes us a little uncomfortable. On reflection, at least one or two of the four dishes for lunch are not spicy.

As for drinking water, we bought pure water from the supermarket at first, and then bought a large bucket of local pure water at the price of 15 yuan, which is cheaper than the water in the supermarket.

Usually, water supply and power failure occur from time to time, so it is necessary to store water in advance. And some aid friends who work in the county town, because of limited conditions, have no running water pipes and need to carry water every day, so they have practiced the "Shaolin magic" with iron arms.

As time went on, I gradually fell in love with this oxygen-deficient and dry but exceptionally pure town of Shiquanhe. The people here are simple and honest, the helpers here are warm and loving, the blue sky and white clouds here are exceptionally clean, the Shiquan River here is as green as jade, the red-billed gull here is full of vitality, and the Moon Pavilion here is fascinating. ...

Although far away from the plateau cloud at an altitude of 4500 meters, there is a 4G network, which is close at hand;

Although the price is very expensive, you basically have everything you want to buy;

Although the news dubbing class on duty needs to work overtime at noon, it often feels short of breath because of lack of oxygen, and it takes several breaths to match a longer film, but it will be inexplicable to hear your voice broadcast on Ali News;

Although I lack the help of a makeup stylist when hosting the program, I need to make up and do my own hair, but sitting on the podium and talking to the guests, my professional pride arises spontaneously. ...

Although the daily activities are very small, basically centered on Ali TV, within 200 meters of Fiona Fang, there is a square in front, followed by Shiquan River, with ever-changing white clouds and eternal blue sky above, and various small stones below (building roads in the hospital, trekking on the gravel road every day, picking up all kinds of "strange" stones becomes a pleasure), and there are also some small pleasures.

Although there is no entertainment outside work and there is more leisure time, I just have more time to read books, watch programs, write articles, improve myself and cultivate my self.

Although I am far away from my relatives in Tibet, I get along well with my friends and colleagues, not one is better than the other. This friendship is precious. The other three friends (all younger brothers) who helped Tibet in radio and television stations took care of each other upstairs and downstairs. When there is no food in the canteen on weekends, they go out to eat, and everyone takes turns to treat them. Short-term and long-term friends who help Tibet often meet and chat, eat jiaozi and talk about homesickness.

The two young anchors of Ali News are professionals introduced from Hebei last year. They are familiar with Ali's situation, especially its various restaurants, and often recommend us or invite us to dinner. Their youthful, lively, healthy and sunny state and their love for their profession also deeply infect us. ...

Because there are fewer professionals in Aritai, basically everyone has several jobs, and the director and deputy director have to go into battle in person and work in the front line.

Director Liu Dongsheng is the eighth long-term aid cadre in Hebei Province. In addition to management, he also serves as an announcer and host, often dubbing and appearing.

Deputy director Jin Meiduoji, members Erli, Tashi Lunzhu, Yixi, writing, shooting, making titles, planning programs and so on are all normal. They are all business leaders who have grown up from the front line. They are very approachable, and they are kind and casual when they get along with their colleagues.

Director Solang in the office is eloquent and very capable. He is not only a good hand at writing materials, but also handles all kinds of administrative affairs, major events and minor affairs in an orderly way.

The anchors Xiaoxin and Xiao Wu are multi-taskers. In addition to hosting special programs such as Ali News, Breeze Ali, Dialogue Ali, various parties, large-scale activities, etc., he is also a reporter and the official account holder of WeChat. They often go in and out of news websites with cameras to update the content of WeChat accounts in time.

The same is true of other colleagues in Taiwan Province. Those who are in charge of post-production often do video recording in the studio. Drivers and administrators also play the role of lifting shelves and microphones from time to time-everyone actively does their jobs outside their duties and never cares.

Being in such a positive, harmonious and friendly group, you will be deeply infected and unconsciously integrated into it without any strangeness.

We are short-term aid to Tibet. He arrived in Tibet at the end of April this year and returned to Hebei at the end of 10. Long-term aid cadres in Hebei Province, also in Ali, helped Tibet for the first time for three years, and even in the cold winter, they were still stationed in Ali.

Now Ali is the eighth batch of long-term aid cadres in Hebei Province, with 52 people.

Some of them went to Tibet twice or even three times in a row and stayed in Ali for 69 years. ...

Roughly speaking, the total number of people in the eighth phase is about 400, plus more than 500 people in the short term 100, and more than 500 people in Hebei Province are aiding Tibet in Ali.

If I hadn't been to Ali, I wouldn't have known that there are so many people in Hebei Province who work hard and contribute silently in the snowy plateau, overcome the difficulties of plateau life, endure loneliness and chew the pain of missing their relatives in their hometown ... but instead of complaining and complaining, they look for personal value in selfless work, warmth in mutual concern and fun in ordinary life details.

Being at high altitude for a long time will have some effects on the heart, kidneys and other organs, and it is prone to mental depression and shorten life expectancy. Tibetan aid cadres are really paying with their lives! Even at the cost of health, they still fight in Ali without regrets and conscientiously, making their own contribution to the stability and development of the motherland's frontier!

Compared with the efforts of these long-term aid cadres, the efforts of our short-term aid workers are really not worth mentioning.

thirteen

I have been aiding Tibet for over a month. In retrospect, the first ten days were the hardest, which was a kind of physical and mental training.

Time is the best friend, it will soothe our hearts.

I often think that I will miss Ali when I leave here at the end of this year 10. Bitter or happy, sad or happy, this special experience in the snowy plateau and our meeting and acquaintance here will be stored and engraved in my memory for a long time.

Xuanxuan, the host of Zhangjiakou TV Station, who helped Tibet in Ali last year, has always been obsessed with Ali, eager to return to Ali, revisit his old place and see the new changes in Ali.

A reporter from Baoding TV Station also helped Tibet in Ali last year and has been back to his hometown for one year. When he sends WeChat every day, he sends a message in the morning: Good morning, Ali! Send a message at night: Good night, Ali! ……

Our aid to Tibet is still going on, and everything has just begun.

The remaining 120 days don't know what will happen and who will meet.

All the past will become beautiful memories.

I look forward to it, I am grateful, and I cherish every day and everyone I meet when I help Tibet in Ali.

Work hard, treat everyone with heart, and experience and feel every moment here with heart ...

Ali in heaven

Yunduan Ali

Ali, Ali, Ali ...

Maybe,

Many years later, somewhere,

I will sigh softly,

Looking back:

The two roads diverged in the forest,

I chose.

A lonely place,

It was decided from then on.

My way of life.

-Frost has no choice.
