History of Xi Zhong Town in Ningguo

Xi Zhong Town is an ancient and young market town. In the 13th year of Jiajing in Ming Dynasty, the Yueshan Inspection Department was established, and the Chinese and Western Tower Town was established in Qing and Republic of China. After liberation, the administrative divisions of Xi Zhong Town and its nearby countryside were divided into seven times. When People's Republic of China (PRC) was founded, there were three administrative villages: Xi Zhong, Dongpo and Ishikawa. 1952 is located in Xi Zhong Township. 1958 merged into Ningdun Commune. Xi Zhong Commune was founded in 196 1. 1983, Reconstruction of Xi Zhong Township. After the reform and opening up, with the completion and commissioning of Xi Zhong Seal Factory, the predecessor of AsiaInfo Corporation, the construction of market towns in Xi Zhong has entered a period of rapid development. 1984 10 belongs to Xi Zhong town, and 1987 governs 36 villagers' groups in three administrative villages, namely Xi Zhong, Dongpo and Shikeng. In May, 20001year, Xi Zhong Town, Shikou Town and stonebridge merged to form a new Xi Zhong Town, which governs 204 villagers' groups in Zhongtian, Shiqiao, Lin Xia, Xi Zhong, Fenghuang and Shikou villages.
