1. When the flight is delayed or cancelled, the carrier, airport management agency, air traffic control department, ground service agent and air sales agent should strengthen information communication and enjoy.

2. The carrier shall release flight departure delay or cancellation information to the airport management agency, air traffic control department, ground service agent and air sales agent every 30 minutes, including flight departure delay or cancellation reasons and flight dynamics.
