Will the train catch up with the time faster when it is late?

When the train is late, it depends on how the dispatch is arranged. If there is little delay, it is allowed to catch up in time without speeding.

The train delay is mainly due to one of the following reasons:

1, weather factors, in case of heavy rain and snow, the train will slow down.

2. Human error: a signal is set every 1300m on the train running line, every two signals form a cell, and a train speed limit is set in each cell. In most cases, the speed limit of each road section (non-station) is the same, but there are some special circumstances. Sometimes, the train in front is too slow and the train behind is too fast. In order to prevent rear-end collision, two trains need to be separated by about three signals. At this point, the signal will temporarily limit the speed of the train behind. If the driver does not slow down, then the automatic alarm device installed on the locomotive will play a role and the system will stop forcibly.

3. Train dispatching control error: some railway hubs have complex railway networks, too many trains pass, and large hub centers are mixed with passengers and goods. If there is a slight problem with the scheduling command, there will be a large-scale delay.

4. Train running line transformation: Sometimes the railway line is electrified, and intermittent signals will also cause delays.

5. The train in front is delayed: if the lines are unified, the train in front is delayed and the train behind is delayed.
