How can I find the earthquake prediction?

Earthquake prediction is a global scientific problem, mainly in three places.

First, the complexity of the earthquake process. Earthquake is the product of crustal tectonic movement, but we know little about the distribution of underground crust and the nature and intensity of tectonic activity. We know little about the law of earthquake occurrence and have a low degree of cognition. In this case, we lack understanding of earthquake laws and mechanisms, which greatly limits our ability to predict earthquakes.

Second, the impenetrability of the deep crust. Because the earthquake happened at a depth of more than ten or twenty kilometers underground, we can't set the instrument deep underground to explore the source, which limits our monitoring of the earthquake process. At present, only some stations can be set on the surface, and the number is limited and the density is relatively low. The connection with underground organizations is only empirical speculation. It is very difficult to study and predict the underground earthquake process with such a process in theory, method and technology.

Third, the small probability of earthquake events. There are many earthquakes themselves, but for every region, they are once in hundreds of years or even once in a thousand years, which limits our accumulation of earthquake observation data, because different regions are different. So these scientific difficulties determine that our scientific level of earthquake prediction is still very low. Every country regards earthquake prediction as a scientific exploration. What is the underground structure, how to observe the earthquake process, set up some experimental fields, gained some experience, and gradually solved the problem of earthquake prediction. We adopted the methods of observation, research and prediction. We regard earthquake prediction as a task, a national task.
