1. Prepare seven-color solutions: red (iron thiocyanate solution), orange (methyl orange solution), yellow (ferric chloride solution), green (copper chloride solution), cyan (mixed solution of copper chloride solution and olive juice), blue (copper sulfate solution) and purple (potassium permanganate solution);

2. Put the seven-color solution into seven test tubes, adjust the concentration and height of the solution, and hit and emit the singing glottis in turn: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7;

3. Plug it with a suitable test tube plug and wax seal;

Repair.

Fashion flame candle

People in China have used candles for a long time, but most of them are used for lighting. Imagine lighting colored candles with special shapes at your birthday party or class party. On the bundles of flames, there are colorful flame colors: yellow (sodium), purple (potassium), brick red (calcium) and purple red (lithium). You will think that is your favorite.

Do you want to design and make one yourself? The production process is not complicated, and you can do it if you love it.

Manufacturing materials: wax, cotton yarn, colored crayons, sodium chloride solid and saturated solution, potassium carbonate solid and saturated solution, calcium chloride solid and saturated solution, lithium chloride solid and saturated solution, and various models.

Production method:

1. Take a few coarse cotton yarns and soak them in saturated sodium chloride solution, saturated potassium carbonate solution, saturated calcium chloride solution and saturated lithium chloride solution for about 10 minute, then take them out and dry them.

2. Find some pure water bottles with 1.25 liters, cut the lid neatly, and cut the wax into pieces and put it in.

3. Put the pure water bottle with broken wax into hot water at about 95℃, stir the wax in the bottle to melt it all, and then add a small amount of sodium chloride solid, potassium carbonate solid, calcium chloride solid and lithium chloride solid into several different bottles respectively.

4. Prepare a container with beautiful shape that you like (such as a heart-shaped box with chocolate and jelly in plastic) as a model for making flame candles.

5. Pour the melted wax into the mold. Of course, you should first put the corresponding cotton thread as a candle core in the model (liquid wax of solid sodium chloride mixed with cotton thread soaked in supersaturated sodium chloride solution, etc.), and don't add too much wax.

6. After the wax in the model is cooled, melt the colored crayons according to the above method, and then pour the melted colored crayons into the model with their favorite colors.

7. After the overall cooling and setting, put the model in hot water again, and take out the candle after a while, and your favorite fashion flame candle will be ready.

Tips:

1. The flame color of copper is green, and that of barium is yellow-green. Although the color is pleasing to the eye, it is toxic and it is best not to use it.

2. Try not to use nitrate when adding salt, because decomposition will produce harmful gases.
