Introduction of Asiana Airlines Flight 2 14 air crash

The air crash of Asiana Airlines Flight 2 14 (OZ2 14/AAR2 14) was an aviation accident on July 6th, 20 13. Asiana Airlines Boeing 777-200ER2 14 took off from Incheon International Airport in South Korea and crashed when landing at San Francisco International Airport. The cause of the accident was the pilot's operational error. This is the first fatal air crash since Boeing 777 was put into commercial operation in 1995, and the third fatal air crash since Asiana Airlines was founded in 1988. The previous two fatal air crashes were Asiana Airlines Flight 733 1993 (due to the weather) and Asiana Airlines Flight 99 1 Flight 20 1 (cargo hold fire).
