The First Pepper Planting in Lv Hong

Sowing or on-demand can be used for seedling raising and transplanting. It is best to sterilize the seeds. Soak in warm water at about 50℃ for 1.5 minutes, then soak in 0. 1% potassium permanganate solution for about 20 minutes, and wash with clear water before sowing.

After the soil is drenched with water, sow on the soil surface (2-3 seeds per hole during sowing) and cover the soil with about 1 cm to keep the soil moist. It takes about 3 ~ 5 days to germinate at 25 ~ 3 O℃, but it is difficult to germinate below 65438 05℃.

Pay attention to water control at seedling stage to avoid virtual growth, and generally do not water. When there are 8 ~ 1o real leaves, choose a warm and sunny afternoon for transplanting and planting, bring as much soil as possible, each pot 1 leaf, the planting depth should be flush with the soil, water should be poured, and normal management should be carried out after survival

Fertilization method:

1. base fertilizer: slow-release fertilizer should be used for peppers, about 600 kilograms of stable fertilizer per mu, or about 20 kilograms of slow-release phosphate fertilizer, and calcium superphosphate can also be used. After the above fertilizers are evenly mixed, they are combined with soil preparation or hole application, covered with soil, transplanted and watered.

2. Topdressing: After the plants survive for the first time, about 500kg of 1% ammonium sulfate aqueous solution is applied per mu to water the roots.

The second time, when the plants are budding, the roots are watered with about 600kg of 40% human excrement or 4% aqueous solution of calcium sulfate 15kg.

The third time in late May, the first bunch of fruits began to grow. At this time, a lot of nutrients are needed to promote the growth of branches and leaves, otherwise it will not only affect the results but also inhibit the growth of plants. It is advisable to use quick-acting fertilizer, and 50% human waste urine is about 800kg per mu. Burning root or ammonium sulfate is about 10kg, and calcium superphosphate is about 5kg. After mixing the above fertilizers evenly, apply them in strips or holes, and then water them.

The fourth time was in late June, and the weather turned hot, which was the peak of fruit hanging. Combined with the water supply situation, the amount and method of fertilization refer to the third topdressing.

In the first ten days of August for the fifth time, the temperature was high, the growth of pepper was slow, the leaves were light green, and there were few small fruits. About 800kg of 20% human manure or 2% ammonium sulfate aqueous solution was applied per mu to promote the growth and fruiting of pepper branches and leaves after autumn.

The sixth topdressing is in the middle of September, and the application amount and fertilization method refer to the fifth time to ensure the harvest in the later growth stage.
