What is the serial disappearance case in Shijiazhuang?

On April 25th, 20 12, the disappearance of a teenager in Jincheng Town, Yunnan Province moved out of the serial disappearance of more than 80 local teenagers, and the disappearance of two others also surfaced. Among these missing persons, 24-year-old Lei Yusheng was lucky to escape from the black brick kiln. On the morning of May 7, the police dispatched dozens of policemen to surround the brick factory.

On May 23, the reporter learned from Jinning County, Yunnan Province that in view of the continuous occurrence of many vicious criminal cases of disappearance in Jinning, the local party committee and government decided to remove Da Qi Ming, deputy head of the county magistrate and director of the public security bureau, and deputy secretary of the party committee and director of the police station in Jincheng Town, and go through the formalities in accordance with relevant legal procedures.

Xinhua News Agency reported on May 27th that the serial murder case in Jinning, Yunnan Province was solved, and Zhang Yongming was arrested on suspicion of intentional homicide. The police have confirmed that 1 1 the man was killed. Zhang Yongming, aged 56, 1979 was sentenced to a suspended death sentence for intentional homicide, and 1997 was released from prison. Since 2008, Zhang Yongming has attacked and killed passers-by near his residence, and destroyed criminal evidence by chopping, burning and burying.

On May 9, reporters from Nanmen Village, Jincheng Town, Jinning County, Kunming City, Yunnan Province gathered, and local people roared by on motorcycles. Their destination is only one: No.225 Nanmen Street-Zhang Yongming's former residence.

Neighbors build buildings, and Zhang Yongming's bungalows are squeezed into a cramped space. The reporter looked around from the neighbor's house. Zhang's old house covers an area of more than 20 square meters, and it is full of sundries, cartons, plastic bottles, small stools, and a light bulb hanging alone in the air. There are many bricks piled up in the corner of the house. Neighbors use tap water, while Zhang Yongming uses wells.

On the same day, Kunming police announced that the police had seized the mobile phone, phone card, bank card and related documents of Han Yao, a missing college student, in Zhang Yongming's residence. By identifying the samples taken from the scene, the police confirmed that Han Yao had been killed.

Zhang Yongming was arrested for murder, and Kunming police organized police to excavate Zhang's old house. The reporter witnessed that the police put forward several blue woven bags from Zhangjia's old house and vegetable fields, and the bones in the bags were clearly visible. Because of the need of investigation, the police also drained the well of Zhang's family.

Zhang Yongming was once the murderer of a murder case in Nanmen Village of 1978. Now more than 30 years later, he once again shocked his neighbors and was suspected of killing many teenagers in adolescence.

Kunming police did not disclose the place where Han Yao was killed, but it is certain that his missing place is located on a dirt road next to Nanmen Bridge in Nanmen Village. It is about 1km away from Zhang Yongming's residence and only a few hundred meters away from his vegetable field. Villagers in Nanmen Village said that Zhang Yongming often pushes a flatbed car just the size of a person, from the old house to the vegetable field and from the vegetable field to Nanmen Bridge. More than 30 years ago, Yang, the first Zhang family to be killed, used a flatbed to push the body out of Zhang Yongming, which was buried outside the village.

Zhang Yongming likes to keep puppies. Li Shukai, who lives next door, said that sometimes in the middle of the night, Zhang Yongming would turn on the TV so loudly that dogs would bark. Maybe he wants to hide something. Zhang Yongming has no contact with his neighbors and villagers, and few people have spoken to him.

The murder of Han Yao tore open the inside story of Jincheng serial disappearance. Han Yao, 19 years old, is from Xiongxian County, Zhaotong Town, Yunnan Province. He will graduate from Yunnan Institute of Business Administration in June this year. He worked as an intern in a company in Kunming, and the company sent him to Jincheng Town, Jinning County to explore the foundation.

At 7 am on April 25th, Han Yao and other colleagues came to the construction site. At about 8: 30 in the morning, Guo Naiqiang, the person in charge of the construction site, asked Han Yao to walk back to the dormitory to get the documents. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the construction site to the dormitory. However, until this morning 10, Han Yao had not returned to the construction site. Call him, but turn it off.

That evening, the company called Han Yao's home and asked if Han Yao had gone home. Han Yao's mother Cheng Lianyan was so anxious that she rushed to Jincheng from Kunming the next day and called the police.

Witnesses saw Han Yao go to the dormitory to get the documents and then cut back to the construction site. The dirt road next to Nanmen Bridge is his only pass. This dirt road used to be the main passage for villagers in Nanmen, but now it has been abandoned. Our reporter explored the place where Han Yao disappeared. On one side of it is the busy provincial highway 2 14, and on the other side is the four-lane asphalt road that has not yet been opened. A railway is still under construction not far away.

Han Yao's uncle Han Wei told this reporter that Han Jia firmly believed that Han Yao would not run away from home. They searched all over the dirt road, garbage dump and roadside grove, but found no clue.

However, Cheng Lianyan learned from the Zhang population living here that many people have disappeared on this dirt road. Only Nanmen Village, where Li Hanxiong, Xie Haijun and three children disappeared one after another, and the cold storage beside the dirt road, Cai, Hu Xingyue and three employees disappeared, all in the same area. They are all boys over the age of 10, and they are in adolescence.

The earliest missing child in this mysterious area is Li Hanxiong who lives in Nanmen Village. In May 2007, 12-year-old Li Hanxiong came home from his vegetable field and had to go through this dirt road. At that time, the cold storage of vegetables in Yun Xin had not been established, and it was a large field.

Han Yao's family visited four families who lost their children one after another, asked them in detail about their age, missing time, missing place and contact information, and then made a search for you.

The disappearance has not been solved for several years. The missing persons are all teenagers of 10, and the missing place is only a few hundred meters away from Zhang Yongming's vegetable field ... This serial disappearance of adolescents was reported by the local media and finally alerted the Kunming police. Kunming City and Jinning County Public Security Bureau have set up task forces. The task force quickly identified the suspect as Zhang Yongming and sent personnel to follow him secretly.

On the afternoon of May 2nd and 3rd, when Zhang Yongming was playing chess in the pavilion of the ancient Yunnan Cultural Park, his face was a little abnormal and he was noticed by Jiang Zhiquan sitting there. Jiang Zhiquan told Southern Weekend that there were more people in the pavilion than usual in those two days, and several plainclothes people stood in the crowd to observe Zhang Yongming. Jiang Zhiquan explained that he knew these plainclothes because his uncle worked in the police station.

Beginning on the afternoon of May 3, the families of the missing persons were informed to go to Jincheng police station for DNA identification.

Fold the missing teenagers

Although the police have not released the latest case, the same missing place, similar age and the police's continuous excavation of Zhang Laowu and vegetable fields all indicate that these children may have been killed, and the suspect may be Zhang Yongming.

Up to now, Li Yudong, who lives with Zhang Yongming in Nanmen Village, is still looking forward to the early return of his son Li Hanxiong. The family wrote five years of bitter thoughts into the couplet in front of the door, saying, "Every festive season, children miss their parents outside." The couplet reads, "May children return early."

In the year of disappearance, Li Hanxiong 12 years old. He is naughty and active, and his academic performance ranks lower in the class, but in the eyes of his elders, he is a clever boy. If a son lives under his parents' knees, he is 17 years old and a senior one.

On May 1 day, 2007, the school was on holiday, and Li Hanxiong, a fifth-grade pupil, went to the vegetable field at home to help his parents. Growing vegetables is the main source of income for local farmers. Middlemen from Guangdong and other places come to Jincheng to send vegetables to other places for sale. Although most of the profits are earned by middlemen, growing vegetables is more profitable than growing rice.

Just entering May, the weather in Yunnan is quite dry and hot. The scorching sun is scorching the earth, and it is cool in the shade and in the house. At 9: 30, Li Yudong felt sorry for the only child and told him to go home first. It was almost noon, and when the couple came home and found their son absent, they called their son's uncle, who told them that his nephew had not come yet. Li Yudong was in a hurry and hurried to his vegetable field. He didn't find his son, only saw his blue jacket left in the vegetable field.

Li Yudong recalled that after his son disappeared, he went to Jincheng police station to report the case. When the policeman finished speaking, he said to him, "Tell us if you have any clues.". It took him 1.200 yuan to broadcast Looking for You on Jinning County TV Station. He has been to several neighboring counties for several years and still found nothing.

According to the information reflected by the family members of the missing person, Gou Jianwei, aged 0/7 in Xiaohai Township, Jinning, Yunnan Province, lost contact in the second month after Li Hanxiong disappeared. 20 10, two teenagers disappeared in Jincheng town. The largest number of missing persons was 20 1 1, 7 teenagers disappeared suddenly and 3 people disappeared on 20 12.

A list of missing persons obtained by our reporter shows that from the disappearance of Zhang Shuhua on May 29th, 2005 to the sudden disappearance of Han Yao on April 25th, 2005, there were 17 missing cases in Jincheng Town, Jinning County, Yunnan Province, in which 15 was a boy aged between 12 and 22, and the other two were respectively. On April 8 this year, two of the above-mentioned 17 missing persons can be confirmed as mentally retarded or have a history of mental illness.

Before the case was solved a few years ago, all kinds of rumors spread like wildfire in Jincheng town with a population of more than 50 thousand. Some people say that they were taken into black brick kilns to do hard work, while others say that they were taken away by human organ dealers. The former statement is not groundless. A young man named Lei Yusheng was dragged into a van in the street of a neighboring town. After being forced to work in the black brick kiln 18 days, he escaped on April 25.

According to incomplete statistics, there are more than 30 brick kiln factories in Jincheng town, which brings great difficulty to the police investigation. Outside the cordon of Zhang's old house, a policeman told reporters that the local police station had inspected the brick kiln, but he did not disclose the inspection results.

Many local people chatting with reporters complained about the poor security situation in their hometown. In this small town near Dianchi Lake, it is said that there are hundreds of drug addicts, and theft cases often occur in the town. A grocery store owner told reporters that he was almost dragged into a car once. Children have to pick up and drop off when they go to primary school, and parents dare not take care of it.

Kill each other in the morning and play chess in the afternoon.

Zhang Yongming's parents died many years ago, and his eldest brother went to a neighboring county to be a son-in-law, while his eldest sister married in another place. Zhang Yongming needed an operation in hospital, without the signature of his family. Finally, it was signed by Zhou Bin, director of Nanmen Village Committee.

On May 12, under the guidance of an insider, our reporter went door to door looking for Zhang Yongming's second sister-in-law, Yu Huixian. She came forward and said that Zhang Yongming had nothing to do with her family. "My face was humiliated." . Yu said that the two brothers have never contacted each other. Zhang Yongming didn't even look at his second brother when he died four years ago.

The villagers said that Zhang Yongming's second brother, nicknamed "Nengren", had been in prison for murder when he was young. 1980, Zhang's second brother had a dispute with the villagers in the neighboring village in the market. He swept the other person's head with a hoe, and the other person's head fell to the ground, "his eyes are still blinking."

Yu Huixian admitted that her husband killed someone, but she explained that it was a fight.

During the interview, several villagers told reporters that Zhang Yongming's mother had killed a person before liberation. An old man in Nanmen Village even said that Zhang's grandfather had killed someone. However, the truth of these statements cannot be verified.

Zhang Yongming, 56, unmarried, is about 1.75 meters tall. She looks older and thinner than her age, but she has a big skeleton. Since 1997 was released from prison, Zhang Yongming has been living alone in his ancestral home at No.225 Nanmenda Village, Jincheng Town, Jinning County.

After he was released from prison, Nanmen Village gave Zhang Yongming land. In the first few years, Zhang was very diligent. He runs to the field with a hoe on his back every day, and also cultivates land and grows vegetables.

One day at two o'clock in the morning, some villagers found Zhang Yongming sitting at the entrance of the village, silent and looking creepy. He often walks around the village with a hoe, and no one in the village dares to talk to him.

In 2008, some land in Nanmen Village was expropriated, including Zhang's field. Qiu Guoqing, the leader of the village team, lives across Zhangjia Street. He said that Zhang Yongming was satisfied with the land requisition payment of 30,000 yuan in four times. With this money, Zhang Yongming will no longer farm.

Since then, he has become a frequent visitor to the ancient Yunnan Cultural Park and comes here to play chess almost every afternoon. He usually arrives after noon 12 and leaves at 5: 30 pm. Carry a bag with you, which contains a pair of chess and cards.

Sitting among a group of elderly people who pass the time by playing chess and cards, Zhang Yongming is no different from others, and his behavior is normal.

"He has a good chess style. He never regrets playing chess and has never quarreled with anyone." An old man who played chess with Zhang Yongming said.

The insider said that Zhang Yongming's chess skills are comparable to his own, and both win or lose, but Zhang's chess skills are different. He likes to put the gun in the starting position and directly attack the opponent's position.

Zhang Yongming also plays poker. He looks very humble, and often gets up after a game to let his late card friends play.

However, at the interview site, an unnamed person recalled that in 1997, Zhang Yongming suddenly smashed his minibus with a hoe shortly after he was released from prison. "I don't know why he did it. I scolded him, but I dare not ask him for compensation. "

Paradoxically, the time of Han Yao's disappearance was between 9 am and 12 am. This can't help but make people guess. Zhang's schedule is to kill people like hunting in the morning. After lunch, he will go to the park to play chess leisurely like a retired man.

Li Yudong first suspected that Zhang Yongming had something to do with his son's disappearance. It was February 20 1 165438, and another teenager became the target of Zhang Yongming. One night that month, it was almost 10, and Zhang Jianyun, a senior three student in Jinning No.2 Middle School, went home to study for himself next night. When you get out of school, you have to cross a road, then turn right and turn to a path. Just less than 50 meters away from home, 17-year-old boy was strangled from behind with a belt and dragged forward dozens of steps.

According to our reporter's on-the-spot visual inspection, the location of the incident is only 100 meters away from Zhang Yongming's residence. An eyewitness told this reporter that she heard something moving that night and felt that the footsteps were wrong, so she shouted "Which one is it?" Zhang Jianyun replied, "There is a thief here." She hurried downstairs and saw Zhang Yongming pulling the child's neck back with a belt. As a result, she tripped over the roots of the roadside and fell to the ground. Two young people who heard the news pressed it down.

Someone called the police, but Zhang Yongming argued that he was just playing with the children. Because Zhang Jianyun was not injured, the police made a statement and released Zhang Yongming.

The story reached the ears of Mr. and Mrs. Li Yudong. Li Yudong said that on 20111215, he went to the Jincheng police station to reflect this matter and thought that the disappearance of his son Li Hanxiong was related to Zhang Yongming. But the reply he got was, "Zhang Yongming is crazy". Later, Li Yudong went to Jinning County for letters and visits and asked someone to follow Zhang Yongming, but the answer was "Zhang Yongming didn't hurt Zhang Jianyun and couldn't arrest anyone".

Li Yudong said that one more thing strengthened his judgment, and the place where it happened was also next to Nanmenqiao, where his son disappeared. In 2008, Yang Minggui, a 5-year-old boy/kloc-0, who lives in the village group of Fenghuangshan in Nanmen Village, passed by Zhang Yongming's vegetable field near Nanmen Bridge on his way to school. Zhang Yongming pretended to ask Yang Minggui to help lift the tree, and suddenly strangled Yang Minggui from behind. Yang Minggui managed to escape, but the Yang family did not report the case to the police. Li Yudong didn't know about it until after the Zhang Jianyun incident.

Everyone in the village knows that more than 30 years ago, Zhang Yongming strangled a boy 16 years old in a neighboring village, and killed his only good friend Lu Turong with a kitchen knife in the middle of the night.

Lu Turong recalled to our reporter that he and Zhang Yongming were primary school classmates and had a good relationship. Zhang Yongming doesn't have many friends, but he is willing to play with Lu Turong. 1one night in February, 974, Zhang Yongming invited Lu Turong to play at home. After dinner, they slept in one bed, and Zhang's parents slept in another bed.

In the middle of the night, Lu Turong suddenly felt a sharp pain in his face. It turned out that Zhang Yongming was chopping at him with a kitchen knife, and his face, neck and forehead were all chopped off. Later, Zhang Yongming was kidnapped by his parents, and Lu Turong was able to save his life. Zhang Yongming was released after being locked up for half a year, and there was no contact between them.

Today, the scars on Lu Turong's face and neck are still clearly visible.

Fold the earliest victim.

When the reporter saw 80-year-old Yang Kai, he was sitting in front of the big tree at the entrance of Sanjieqiao Village, Guangji Village, Jincheng Town. It's about 5 kilometers from Nanmen Village. After 1949, it belonged to Chenggong County, and later it was included in Jinning County.

Yang, his eldest son, would have been 50 years old if he hadn't been killed by Zhang Yongming. The PLA veteran who participated in the fight against bandits defended the new regime, but later failed to protect his son.

He can't remember the exact year when his son was killed. The villagers nearby recalled that the incident occurred in the winter of 1978, and Yang 16 years old.

Yang Kai knew Zhang Yongming's father, Zhang Deqing, and they built the railway together at 1958, but they didn't have much contact. That year, a nationwide famine spread to Yunnan, and Yang Kai often did not have enough to eat. Two years later, the eldest son Yang was born and often went hungry with his parents.

Before the incident, Yang was burning tiles in a brick kiln near Panlong Temple, and Zhang Yongming, who was six years older than him, was there. One day, Yang helped the production team sell rice and put 18 yuan in his personal pocket.

It is said that on the same day, Zhang tricked his son into going home and strangled him.

After the disappearance of the eldest son, Yang Kai was very anxious. The production team mobilized the villagers to look for him and reported the case to the police station. Soon, Yang's body was found near Nanmen Village. His whole body was curled up and stuffed in a newly dug cave. His clothes and shoes were taken off and his hands and feet were broken. At that time, several crows circled and howled over the newly dug grave.

The disappearance case was solved half a month later, and Zhang Yongming, who fled to neighboring Chengjiang County, was arrested. Yang Kai rushed to Zhang Yongming's house and found his son's clothes wrapped in Zhang Yongming's mother's headscarf. Zhang Yongming was sentenced to death by Jinning Court, with a two-year suspension, but was later sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment. Zhang spent 19 years in prison,197.

In the first few years after Yang's murder, the Yang family complained to Kunming Intermediate People's Court many times, but the other party's reply was "waiting for notice" and there was no news after that. /kloc-in the 1980s, after Zhang Yongming's second brother was killed, the victim's family refused to accept the verdict. They found the Yang family and advised them to appeal together, but they felt that someone in the Zhang family was in the Intermediate People's Court and did not attend.

An old man in Sanjieqiao Village told reporters that Zhang Yongming's mother once saved the life of a decentralized official who later became the leader of Kunming Intermediate People's Court. But this statement has not been confirmed.

On the afternoon of May 13, our reporter came to Jincheng police station to verify the interview and met Li Yanxia, deputy director of the Propaganda Department of Jinning County Committee. Li Yanxia sat here and set up a media reception station. She said that the specific case should be contacted with the Kunming Municipal Public Security Bureau.

Before the press release, the Zhang family's house was still surrounded by a warning line, and the Kunming police did not release the latest case. It is still inconclusive which missing persons Zhang Yongming is suspected of murdering.

It is said that all the families of the missing persons reported the case, but only one person got the receipt of the report. The rest of the family members said that after completing the transcript at the police station, they received a phone call from the police one week after reporting the case and asked if the missing person had been found. According to several family members, the police station also stressed that these teenagers are adults and may have run away from home. It is difficult to identify them as missing, and it is impossible to file a case.

The police's explanation is not groundless. /kloc-the disappearance of children under the age of 0/4 must be investigated as a child abduction case. Except Li Hanxiong, the above-mentioned missing persons are all over 14 years old.

A person familiar with the internal operation of the police said that family members often reported missing in the area. If this situation is reported by the public security criminal case system, the Kunming Public Security Bureau cannot ignore it. If we pay attention to it early, it will inevitably reduce the number of victims.

In addition to the families of the missing persons, Yang Kai is also concerned about the progress of this case. He hopes that the revenge of killing children more than 30 years ago can finally be solved by law.

"The current law is too wide," said Yang Kai, whose dialect is obscure, but this sentence sounds true. "If Chairman Mao were here, Zhang Yong would be shot tomorrow morning."
