Traffic restrictions on working days from 65438+2022 1 October 3 to 65438+20231October 0 are as follows: vehicles with tail numbers1and 6 are restricted on Monday; Vehicles with tail numbers 2 and 7 on Tuesday are restricted; Vehicles with tail numbers 3 and 8 are restricted on Wednesday; Vehicles with tail numbers 4 and 9 are restricted on Thursday; Vehicles with tail numbers 5 and 0 are restricted on Friday.

The official vehicles of the central state organs, party and government organs at all levels in Beijing, social organizations, institutions and state-owned enterprises affiliated to the central government and Beijing are stopped one day a week (from 0: 00 to 24: 00) according to the license plate number, covering the roads within the administrative area of Beijing.

According to the Law of the People's Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety and the Regulations of Beijing Municipality on the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution, except for the motor vehicles within the scope of the first item mentioned above, other motor vehicles in this city are subject to traffic management measures that limit the number of the license plate during the peak hours of working days. The time limit is from 7: 00 to 20: 00, and the range is within the Fifth Ring Road (excluding the Fifth Ring Road).

According to the above requirements, the tail number of motor vehicle number plate (including temporary number plate) is divided into five groups, and it is rotated regularly on the restricted day. Details are as follows:

(1) From April 4, 2022 to July 3, 2022, the tail numbers of motor vehicle license plates restricted from Monday to Friday are: 3 and 8, 4 and 9, 5 and 0,1and 6, 2 and 7 respectively (the tail numbers of motor vehicle license plates with English letters are managed by 0, the same below);

(2) From July 4, 2022 to June 2, 2022, the tail numbers of motor vehicle number plates are: Monday to Friday, 2 and 7, 3 and 8, 4 and 9, 5 and 0, 1 and 6 respectively;

(3) From June 3, 2022 to June 3, 2023, the tail numbers of motor vehicle number plates are: 1 and 6,2 and 7,3 and 8,4 and 9,5 and 0 from Monday to Friday;

(4) From 65438+2023 1 October 2 to April 2, 2023, the tail numbers of motor vehicle license plates restricted from Monday to Friday are: 5 and 0,1and 6, 2 and 7, 3 and 8, 4 and 9 respectively.

The following motor vehicles are not subject to the above measures:

(1) Police cars, fire engines, ambulances and engineering rescue vehicles;

(2) Electric buses, inter-provincial long-distance passenger vehicles and buses, Beijing B-section number-plate taxis (excluding rental vehicles), special postal vehicles, vehicles with tourist bus operation certificates issued by the municipal traffic administrative department, and unit buses and school buses approved by the municipal public security traffic administrative department;

(three) administrative law enforcement vehicles and special vehicles for removing obstacles that spray uniform signs and perform official duties;

(four) special vehicles for sanitation, gardening, road maintenance and emergency communication support, and funeral vehicles for funeral homes;

(five) vehicles with the prefix number plate and vehicles allowed to enter the country temporarily;

(6) Pure electric passenger cars (motor-driven passenger cars with rechargeable batteries as the only power source).

The traffic management of motor vehicles entering Beijing from other provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Beijing Municipal Transportation Commission, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment and the Public Security Traffic Management Bureau of the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau.
