Why do you have to pay your own taxes when invoicing in a hotel?

First of all, the accommodation unit price includes tax.

Then, in order to attract customers, when customers don't need invoices, the hotel will operate this part of the income outside the account, evade taxes and return the reduced taxes to customers, so the unit price of accommodation without invoices is lower than that with invoices.

Now customers want invoices, and hotels can't evade taxes, so it needs to be calculated at the unit price including tax, which is the point where you understand that you pay taxes yourself.

Taxes are included in the accommodation fees paid by customers. If the customer asks for an invoice and the hotel asks to increase the tax point to bear the tax, it shows that the hotel has serious tax evasion and can report it to the IRS.

Tax collection point of hotel invoice:

The VAT rate is 6%. The collection rate of small-scale taxpayers is 3%.

General taxpayers can deduct output value-added tax after obtaining special invoices for value-added tax, but small-scale taxpayers can't.
