PMS (Property Management System) is the property management system, which is simply the system used by the hotel front desk/manager. It mainly supports a series of processes of hotel front desk reservation, including room type, room quantity, room state management, retail price/single store price management, accounting treatment, etc.

CMS (Content Management System) is a content management system, which usually mainly manages the basic information of hotels and hotel rooms, such as hotel business circle, address, service facilities, pictures and so on.

CRS(Central Reservation System), whose full name in Chinese is Central Reservation System. The main module is to support booking, that is, to support the overall booking process from hotel inquiry to order.

Specifically, there is usually some coupling between these systems. Generally speaking, the ordering process is from C-end to PMS through CRS. If there is a separate CMS system, improve the basic information in the CMS system, and then push it directly to the C terminal for display.

Hotel systems usually include SPM marketing system, CRM membership system and RMS revenue management system. These systems can probably understand their functions by looking at their names.
