Job description

Job responsibilities:

1) Assist and guide the room foreman, room attendant, and PA to complete various work tasks with quality and quantity;

2) Fully responsible for the control of all operating costs of the guest room department;

3) Ensure that all indicators of hotel guest room products meet the company’s operating standards;

4) Responsible for the guest room Implement high standards of customer service;

5) Assist in room rounds and room preparation; assist the hotel accounting department in inventory and management of assets;

6) Reasonable collection and distribution Guest supplies and cleaning supplies, guide waiters to reasonably control the usage of guest supplies and cleaning supplies;

7) Responsible for counting, warehousing and registering various items, and filling in and preparing inventory records.

Job requirements:

1) High school;

2) More than two years of hotel room management experience in four-star or above hotels;

3 ) Familiar with various room supplies, cleaning chemicals, maintenance equipment, cleaning procedures for guest rooms and public areas, planning and scheduling, and budget management;

4) Able to operate computer office application software and listen to basic services in English Speaking ability;
