The insurance industry where I work has a similar story. There is a young man who I think has great potential in the insurance industry. He has made some progress in the insurance industry. If he continues at this rate for several years, he will certainly achieve good results. Parents just feel that working in a bank is good and decent, and they push their children to the bank by cutting off the mother-child relationship. In order to be filial to parents, the child quit his insurance job and was forced to work in a bank, so he was depressed.

Sometimes I think a person's achievements are based on his parents' cognition. Parents think that banks are decent, which is their cognition ten years ago and twenty years ago, but they don't know that the banking industry as a whole is going downhill. The employees at the bottom can't see opportunities and hopes more and more, and may even be replaced by artificial intelligence and AI, but they don't know that the insurance industry, especially insurance intermediaries, is a fast-growing fast lane, which they can't see.

So I want to say to those children who have true love, first of all, you should learn to communicate well with your parents. Secondly, if you love, please stick to it, because the future of this world belongs to you, and only you can see it clearly. Only love can create extraordinary things. Finally, you should know the cost of doing what you want to do. Maybe you have to sacrifice a lot, suffer a lot, be misunderstood by many people, and be lonely. These are the costs of doing these things. Can you bear them?

How to make people understand? The best proof is to produce results, just like Amazon, the stock price has been silent for eleven years. Eleven years of brewing is for soaring.

And I want to tell parents who don't understand their children that times have changed. Adults, learn to let go, learn to understand children and learn from them. Inherent cognition is not so important, and it may change faster in the next decade or two. So it is very important to keep curiosity and lifelong learning. Don't destroy new ideas with old ideas. The best way to educate children is not to buy a school district, but to have a longer-term vision and iterative cognition.
