What percentage of hotel materials are classified as Class A materials?

5 to 10%. In the process of material management, we divide materials into three categories according to the principle that the key is the few and the less important is the majority:

1. Class A materials: This type of materials only accounts for 50% of the total quantity of materials. Hotels use 5-10% of the total amount of materials, but the funds occupied by such materials generally account for 60-70% of the total funds, so these materials are a critical minority.

2. Class B materials: This type of materials is generally around 20 in quantity and capital, and is a general material.

3. Category C materials: The quantity of this type of materials accounts for 60 to 70% of the materials used by the hotel, but the amount of funds occupied is less than 15% of the total funds, which is the minor majority of materials.
