How about eLong Travel Network?

Elong.com is not averagely bad, it is too bad. I booked the Chengdu City Inn Hotel from them on February 20th and checked in on February 21st. After I took Mr. Zhan to Chengdu, I received a call from Elong customer service telling us that the room was not booked and that they would contact me for another 20 minutes. I wrote back, but we walked on the street for an hour and they didn't reply. I called countless times for coordination, but they were all very unsatisfactory. At that time, it was said on the Internet that if you check in without a room, you will be compensated for the accommodation fee for that night, but when the problem arose, it was not acknowledged or recognized. Several phone calls were pushed back and forth. In the end, the contract was cancelled, and it has been nearly 7 days now, and the money has not been returned to me. What a deceptive website. If this is booking a flight or something, I don’t know what it will be like! To summarize: 1. Poor service; 2. No credibility; 3. Low qualifications. It looks like a very low-end website. Don’t be fooled! Otherwise, there will be endless troubles, it will be too troublesome to deal with, and I really don’t have time to argue with them.
