Hotel certificate application process

1. Check-in: After arriving at the hotel, the front desk staff will ask you to fill in a check-in form, provide personal information and reserve a deposit, etc. At the same time, the front desk staff will ask for valid documents, such as ID cards, passports, etc., in order to register and apply for room cards.

2. Verification of certificates: The front desk staff will review the certificates provided to confirm their authenticity and validity, and enter the certificate information into the system.

3. Apply for a room card: After passing the review, the front desk staff will apply for a room card to enter the hotel room and use related facilities.

4. Sign an accommodation contract: After processing the room card, the front desk staff will sign an accommodation contract to confirm check-in time, room rate, deposit and other related matters.

5. Pay a deposit: Under normal circumstances, the hotel will require a certain amount of deposit to ensure that the hotel facilities will not be damaged or fees will be evaded during the use of the hotel. Upon check-out, the deposit will be refunded if no additional charges are incurred.
