Advantages and disadvantages of hotel laundry outsourcing and self-service laundry

The advantage of outsourcing is low cost, no need to invest in machines, and training full-time employees can save a sum of money. The disadvantage is that when there is a quality problem, it is relatively passive to deal with it. Laundry takes a little longer. Washing clothes by yourself requires investment and resources, but the advantages are direct management, better service level and opening to the outside world.
