Beijing-Kowloon high-speed railway is the main high-speed railway line connecting Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration, Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration, Central Plains urban agglomeration, middle reaches of Yangtze River urban agglomeration and Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration.
Beijing-Kowloon High-speed Railway consists of Xiong Jing Commercial High-speed Railway (Beijing-xiong'an new area-Shangqiu), Shanghai-Hangzhou High-speed Railway Commercial Section (Shangqiu-Hefei), Hejiu Passenger Dedicated Line (Hefei-Jiujiang), Changjiu Passenger Dedicated Line (Jiujiang-Nanchang), Changgan High-speed Railway (Nanchang-Ganzhou), Ganshen High-speed Railway (Ganzhou-Shenzhen) and Guangzhou-Shenzhen High-speed Railway Shenzhen Section.

The Beijing-Kowloon high-speed railway is built in sections in various provinces. According to the railway planning of Guangdong Province, the line consists of the Jiangxi-Shenzhen Passenger Dedicated Line (also known as the Jiangxi-Shenzhen Railway). The high-speed rail line is still in the stage of forecasting feasibility study, and the passing site has not been completely determined.
The Gan-Shen Passenger Dedicated Line starts from Ganzhou in the north, reaches Shenzhen in the south, and plans to pass through Heping, Heyuan, Huizhou and Dongguan, with a total length of 420 kilometers. The project is planned to be built according to the national railway I, double-track and electrification standards, with a design speed of 350 km/h, which means that the "Old Beijing-Kowloon Railway" in Guangdong Province will be speeded up to 350 km/h, and the construction of this line is expected to start next year, when another artery will be added when Laoguang goes north to leave the province.
