1. Glasses
A wine glass is a container used to hold wine and is directly used by guests.
Wine glasses include ordinary flat glasses, engraved glasses, crystal glasses, etc. Each type of glass has many different styles according to the grade of the wine glass.
The capacity of a wine glass is usually calculated in ounces (OZ), but now it is calculated in milliliters (ml), 1 ounce = 28 ml.
The main types of wine glasses are:

Brandy snifter. The capacity specification is 224 to 336 ml, which is used when drinking brandy.
Water glass. The capacity specification is 280 ml, suitable for drinking ice water and ordinary soda.
Beer mug (pilsner). The capacity specification is 280 ml, suitable for drinking beer in restaurants. In bars, ladies often drink beer from this cup.
Beer mug. It is generally used for drinking draft beer in bars.
Cocktail glass. Capacity specification is 98ml, used when making cocktails and drinking cocktails.
After-dinner dessert wine glass (liqueur glass or cordial glass). The capacity specification is 35 ml, suitable for drinking various dessert wines, cocktails, angel kiss cocktails, etc.
White wine glass. The capacity specification is 98 ml, used when drinking white wine.
Red wine glass. The capacity specification is 224 ml, used when drinking red wine.

Jelly cup (sherbert).

Soda glass. The common capacity specification is 448 ml, which is used for eating ice cream.
Water pitcher. The capacity specification is 1000 ml, suitable for filling ice water and juice.
Wine filter (decanter). There are several specifications, such as 168 ml, 500 ml, 1000 ml, etc., used for filtering red wine or selling bulk red and white wine.

There are many bar utensils, which should be selected according to the needs of the bar.
Bar knife (waiter's knife, commonly known as waiter's friend). It is used to open the cork of red and white wine, and can also be used to open soda bottles and juice cans.
