hot drinks

Ingredients: Lipu taro, half sago, half bowl.

Seasoning rock candy 10g whipped cream and water.

Hot drink practice

1. Lipu taro is washed and peeled, one part is cut into larger pieces, and the other part is diced (the ratio of these two parts is adjusted according to personal preference, and the rabbit thinks Xiaoding 1/3 is better, because this part needs to be ground into taro pulp).

2. Boil sago for 8 minutes, then stew for about 10 minutes until it is transparent.

3. Cut the taro into large pieces and add the cooked taro for about 10 minutes until the taro is eight-ripe.

4. Put the cut taro into a cooking machine, add water for cooking taro and appropriate amount of rock sugar, and beat it into puree.

5. Pour the raw taro pulp back into the pot and cook it with the taro block for about 10 minute, during which it needs to be stirred to avoid bottom paste.

6. Turn off the heat after cooking, add a proper amount of whipped cream and add the cooked sago.
