I am born in the 1980s and am a native of Xiaohe! First of all, before the establishment of the administrative district "Xiaohe District", the administrative ownership of Xiaohe was relatively complicated. Mainly, part of it belonged to Nanming and part to Huaxi. From the time I was born to the early 1990s, the administration belonged to Huaxi. Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone was established in 1993, and Xiaohe District of Guiyang City was officially established in 2000. Xiaohe District was abolished in 2012, but the Economic and Technological Development Zone was retained!

The development of Xiaohe District was first due to the settlement of a large number of state-owned enterprises in military industry, aerospace, and equipment manufacturing. Guiyang real estate started in Xiaohe District around 2000. When the district was withdrawn, Xiaohe District's GDP ranked fourth among the 88 counties in the province. (First, Yunyan; Second, Nanming; Third, Renhuai; Fourth, Xiaohe) Poor Xiaohe was canceled on the way to catch up.

The current development of Xiaohe seems to be lagging behind compared with Guiyang as a whole, and the renovation of shantytowns and the construction of urban villages will also be slower. There has been progress from the withdrawal of the district to now, but I am afraid that the relevant government departments cannot keep up!

Xiaohe is the area least like Guiyang in Guiyang. The development in the past twenty years (excluding three years ago) cannot be seen to have any positioning. It is a mess and has no plan.

First, the blood clot has not been cured for many years

The two main roads, Yellow River Road and Yangtze River Road, cannot be widened or reconstructed, and have become blood clots, dragging down the development of the entire region. Other roads are patchwork and will never be completed. The most typical one is Guihui Avenue. Large blood clots plus small blood clots, there is a poem that says: The road is narrow, the houses are crowded and busy, the black cars are noisy, and the motorcycles are scurrying back and forth, making a loud noise.

The second is the decline of industry

There is almost no decent industry that can still support it. Dozens of factories that were moved inland have almost closed down, and the remaining ones that are still struggling can no longer survive. The most regrettable thing is the mining factory. Why is the price in Xiaohe one of the lowest in Guiyang? There is no industry, purchasing power is very poor, and businesses are not making money.

Third, the education system is weak.

There are no good schools, from kindergarten to university. How to attract real estate? How to attract talents? How to attract industry? Therefore, no one likes to live in Xiaohe. The houses have no investment value and it is very congested. The price is cheap, but the consumption experience is not good. Shanshui Qiancheng and Xinglong Garden are still livable places, but there are no good schools and the transportation is a mess. It's unbearable.

In the past three years, I have seen something interesting. The river is obviously developing faster.

First, the subway and CBD have become popular, which has led to a more active economy.

For example, Vanke Evergrande Business District + subway, Huanghe Road Peking University Resources CBD, and Hema Xiansheng CBD have become lively. After brushing aside the "ugly and ugly" image of Xiaohe, the sense of fashion has suddenly doubled. There are more people, prices have also gone up, and small merchants and hawkers are working harder than before. This is a good sign. I think it may be because of the influence of Huaxi District. Also, Zhongxing Family and Xinglong Pearl River Bay suddenly came to life. Because it's cheap. Think about it, the price of living in these two places is two-thirds of that of Nanming Yunyan, but it only takes 20 minutes to take the subway to the fountain. In one word - it's worth it! I think there is still a lot of room for growth in housing prices here.

Secondly, being close to Huaxi is a big advantage

It is within 10 kilometers to Huaxi. If the house in Huaxi is so hot and popular, it will inevitably drive the river uphill. This is inevitable. Especially in the business district and community adjacent to Xinglong Garden, I think there is still room, because this place is connected to Huaxi and is also relatively close to Huaguoyuan by car. It is worth looking forward to in the future when the subway and BRT are connected. After all, Xiaohe is currently the housing price depression in Guiyang and has great potential.

Third, after so many years of investment promotion in the Economic and Technological Development Zone, there has finally been some improvement

The Tenth Aerospace Institute is now developing very well. Is it possible to move the entire institute from Zunyi in the future? come over? If you can come, it will be of great help to Xiaohe's industry. Xiaomeng Industrial Park has potential. As long as it can attract investment well, Baba's will have a chance. Now that Meng Guan has gained some scale and fame, there is still a future for him if he continues to work hard. The development of building materials in Huaxi Avenue is currently not very good. We should reconsider doing something that is in line with local factors and capabilities. There are opportunities. To develop the industry, one is to cultivate good local enterprises and have good scientific research and school supporting facilities, and the other is to introduce externally and take root locally. The key depends on the courage and ability of the leader.

In general, Xiaohe is a strange thing in Guiyang. It has been a forgotten reef for a long time. It is dirty and messy and has no sense of existence. It seems like an ugly little tail in Guiyang that cannot be thrown away. It's ugly to keep, and I'm really embarrassed to see people. The people who live in Xiaohe have endured the reality of low wages and low living standards for a long time, and they have always been busy in silence without making any sound. It doesn't matter whether you get rich or prosper in Guiyang, it has nothing to do with me, and don't look down on me.

With the annexation of Huaxi, the men of Xiaohe, the neighborhood aunts, aunts, brothers and sisters have become harder than ever. Because the subway is connected, the building is coming, and there are more CBDs, life in the future will be better. It will get better and better and more convenient.

Xiaohe District is also the economic and technological development zone of Guiyang, referred to as the "Economic Development Zone". It is located in the south of Guiyang City, which is the transitional area between the two urban areas and Huaxi. It no longer exists. It was revoked in 2012 and merged into the new Huaxi District.

The most famous thing in Xiaohe District is the Xiaohe Roundabout. There is a Wal-Mart, but there are often traffic jams. Especially in the area of ??Huanghe Road and Changjiang Road, the residential areas are relatively dense and the population density is very high. Many old Guiyang people are not willing to buy houses in Xiaohe, it is relatively marginalized.

The overlapping competition between the two old cities has caused internal friction such as congestion, and it can also take over the radiation and drive from Huaxi University Town in the south and even Gui'an New District in the west.

As for the original section of Xiaohe District, after Huadao Avenue and Huaer Road (Jiaxiu Road) were opened for operation, especially Huaer Road, there were many vehicles and pedestrians , no longer go through the inner Xiaohe District, and the traffic congestion in the original Xiaohe District has been alleviated to a certain extent, but after all, many of them are passers-by, and the prosperity of the district is not as good as before.

In the original Xiaohe area, many real estates are planned to be relatively crowded and the streets are not spacious. This may be a big problem. The city's transportation, population and other carrying capacity may face tests in the future.

In any case, being incorporated into the new Huaxi District is definitely better than fighting alone. After all, it is easy to enjoy the shade under the big trees, but New Huaxi’s own journey is still long, so , the original creek, the best choice is perhaps to forget the creek and let it remain in people's memory and history. Historically, Xiaohe was the earliest and one of the most important industrial areas in Guiyang. Its rural areas are under the jurisdiction of Huaxi District, and factories, streets, schools, public security, and commerce have always been under the jurisdiction of Nanming District. The state approved the establishment of: Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone; later, the Xiaohe District was established, making the river like a fish in water and prosperous for a period of time. After the establishment of the Economic Development Zone and Xiaohe District, the contradiction with Huaxi District became increasingly prominent. Some or two leaders in the former city wanted to abandon the old city and move away from Xiaohe to build Jinyang. The economic development zone was therefore plagued by disasters in Xiaohe. It was reduced to an empty frame, it was exhausted, and the energy was lost! It’s only in recent years that there have been some new moves.

Xiaohe is the original: Sancheng District; it only takes ten minutes from the train station to Xiaohe. This is considered a suburb, so can Guanshan Lake be considered an urban area? ! Huaxi District is connected to Wangchengpo! After decades of development, Guiyang is still narrow: two urban areas. Expanding the two urban areas and enlarging the central urban area is inevitable and urgent for Greater Guiyang. The development rights of Xiaohe, Ganyinjie, Zaojijing and Sifanghe have been deprived. This land that has been marginalized is a disgrace to Guiyang. Developing the southern part of the old city is also part of making Guiyang bigger. One or two people in the former city: Yelangjun; it is very wrong to marginalize Xiaohe. Looking at the current Xiaohe, I feel that it is a mess. It used to belong to one of the three urban areas, but now it has returned to the suburbs. The Xiaohe is like an abandoned baby with no one to care about it. I feel pitiful just thinking about it!

I work in Xiaomeng Industrial Park in "Xiaohe District". I know this place relatively well, so I'll try to answer it!

Xiaohe District was established on February 13, 2000. Before that, Xiaohe was still a town. At this time, with the approval of the State Council, the system of "two brands, one team" was implemented, which means that Xiaohe District and Economic and Technological Development Zone are two names of the same place, and the leadership team is the same group of people.

This is not a contradiction, because Xiaohe District is an administrative district and the Economic Development Zone is an industry and industrial park!

After going round and round, the Xiaohe District was abolished in 2012. The former Xiaohe District was all assigned to Huaxi District, and the Economic Development Zone was also retained!

Because it is an economic and technological development zone, Xiaohe's economic strength is very strong. In the economic development evaluation of county-level units in Guizhou Province in the first half of 2012, Xiaohe ranked fourth!

The creek was already finished when it was assigned to Huaxi District. Progress is stagnant, traffic is backward and congested, and municipal facilities have made no progress. Construction of various avenues has started one after another, and all ancillary supporting facilities are available. In addition, Guizhou University, Normal University, Folk College, Agricultural College, Finance College, etc. were integrated into Huaxi University Town (of course, most of them were originally in Huaxi). It adds vitality to Huaxi, such as Mengguan Automobile City, Qingyan Ancient Town, Huaxi Park, Wetland Park, Gaopo and so on! ! ! Humanities, transportation, leisure and food, Huaxi can now be said to have it all. The reconstruction of Huaxi Avenue and the development of rail transit will definitely throw Xiaohe thousands of miles away.
