How to design the standard room area

The standard room is about 3: 5m+6m (including the 2m wall in the bathroom), which is already relatively compact, so it can only be a single room. There are aisles between rooms, leaving at least 1.5m, and the lobby (including bar, workshop and control room) should be about 30m2. The remaining linen room, disinfection room and other workshops have at least 10 square meter. Generally speaking, the total number of rooms is about 6~8.
