Article 19 If a hotel that has received a star rating fails to meet the requirements of the above standards after review, the specific handling methods are as follows:

(4) Hotels that have received warning notices no more than twice (inclusive) within a year can continue to maintain their original star rating. Article 20: The foreign-related tourism hotel star rating agencies at all levels have the following authority to issue warning notices, circulate criticisms, reduce or cancel hotel star ratings for each star-rated hotel:
