How about Yantai Qishan Hotel Yantai Pacific Hotel Annex Building?

We even stayed in this hotel, and the location was ok, not remote, and our room on the 12 floor still had a view of the sea. The facilities in the bathroom are very old. The floor tiles are all flowers and look dirty. The toilet has been leaking since it was pumped. You must open the top cover and adjust the collar inside to avoid leakage. The whole sanitation was clean, the breakfast was ok, and everything was much better than the night before in our Haiyang Guan Hai Hotel. I wish I could update the hardware.
