This is a poverty alleviation project, which will build a flower sea to attract Buddhism, a mountain gate, a tourist business center, a tourist service center, a pilgrimage avenue, a Buddhist and Zen cultural exhibition center, ten wish squares, an icon temple, a Buddhist and Zen cultural block, a Zen commercial street and a Vientiane commercial street.
