Why did Wuhan Jianpu Village collapse?

Wuhan Jianpu Village cannot defend its rights. The "Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China" clearly stipulates that signs that are identical or similar to foreign country names, national flags, national emblems, and military flags shall not be used as trademarks. The pinyin of "Jiansuzhai" is exactly the same as "Cambodia" , therefore, it is not possible to register a trademark. If it is not registered, it will not be protected by the Trademark Law.
