This home for migrant workers, co-organized by the West Zhen Wu Government and Nippon Co., Ltd., currently has 6 apartment buildings, covering an area of 52 mu, and is home to nearly 3,000 migrant workers from 8 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China.

The organizations in the village are very sound, including party branches, league organizations, trade unions and women's federations. And there are many benefits, such as lighting court, infirmary, table tennis room and reading room. On holidays, the village will also hold various party activities, such as a New Year's Day party and a New Year's Eve dinner, which will make the whole village happy and forget the loneliness in other places. The general education of villagers here is between high school and junior college. In order to improve their cultural quality, the village often holds some targeted lectures.
